Everything you need to know
+ Valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
+ Can be used at our café, facials and massage bookings and in-store retail locations.
+ Goods purchased with our gift cards may be exchanged or returned subjected to our exchange and returns policy.
+ Refunds may be credited back onto the original gift card.
+ No change will be given, but balances maybe applied to in-store future purchases.
+ Cannot be returned or refunded as cash.
+ If lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
+ Physical gift card purchases on our site will automatically be added to and can be seen in your checkout cart.
+ e-gift cards purchases are made via our third-party gift card system (via Square Up) and will not appear on your checkout cart. We are working with square up to get this feature enabled for future purchases.
A physical gift card can be posted in the mail to you or collected in-store. Please allow us some time to prepare the gift card and send it in the post or have it ready in store for collection.
An e-gift card is an electronic (or digital) gift card that is emailed directly to your inbox almost instantly. This is great if you require the gift card immediately. And is printable.
In the event you have misplaced your gift card, our customer service team at hello@luup.com.au may be able to help you find it. We will need the following details:
+ Proof of purchase/receipt
+ Person who made the original purchase full name and contact number
+ Date of purchase
+ Amount on the original gift card
